Responsibilities

• Provide intensive, individualized client advisory services through direct consultation and strategic planning sessions
• Develop tax optimization strategies and solutions for complex tax matters
• Handle sophisticated tax cases for domestic and international clients
• Prepare annual financial statements and tax returns
• Participate in process optimization and digital transformation initiatives
• Optionally: Prepare digital financial accounting for select clients
• Engage in cross-functional projects requiring expertise from multiple disciplines

What We're Looking For

• Completed qualification as Steuerfachangestellter, Steuerfachwirt, or Bilanzbuchhalter (all genders), ideally with several years of professional experience
• Strong working knowledge of DATEV and standard MS Office applications
• Forward-thinking mindset with enthusiasm for digital and modern work methods
• Solution-oriented, reliable, and independent working style
• Strong team collaboration skills and preference for cooperative work environments
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken (required)
• English language proficiency (desirable but optional)
• Willingness to take initiative in personal and professional development
