Smartsheet Expert for Integrated Project Planning

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential client in the utilities sector who is undertaking a significant regional integration effort. Our talent team is searching for a Smartsheet Expert to deliver integrated project planning solutions while building internal capability through coaching and knowledge transfer.

This is a remote consulting engagement open to candidates based in the United States. You will work directly with our client's project teams to create sophisticated Smartsheet architectures, improve planning visibility, and empower stakeholders to leverage the platform more effectively.

Responsibilities

• Design and build complex Smartsheet solutions that support integrated project planning workflows
• Create comprehensive program views with dependencies and cross-sheet relationships
• Develop an enhanced RAID log incorporating advanced formulas and connectors
• Implement data structures and perform complex data entry as required
• Coach client stakeholders on replicating sheet structures and formula logic
• Produce training documentation and materials for sustained internal use
• Support planning visibility improvements across a multi-workstream integration initiative

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated expertise building complex Smartsheet solutions in enterprise environments
• Strong technical proficiency with Smartsheet formulas, connectors, views, and dependencies
• Experience supporting project planning workflows and program-level documentation
• Proven ability to coach and train stakeholders on platform best practices
• Excellent written communication skills for creating clear, reusable training materials
• Comfortable working in both hands-on builder and advisory capacities
• Must be based in the United States
