Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential tax advisory firm seeking a qualified tax specialist for their Kleinmachnow location. In this role, you will focus on advisory work rather than routine compliance tasks, providing strategic guidance to clients on complex tax matters.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting intensive individual client consultations and developing tailored solutions for complex tax questions
• Designing tax optimization strategies for clients
• Handling complex tax cases, including matters with international dimensions
• Preparing annual financial statements and tax returns
• Contributing to process optimization and digitalization initiatives
• Optionally: preparing digital financial accounting for clients
• Additional duties aligned with your interests and expertise

Required qualifications:

• Completed professional training as a tax specialist (Steuerfachangestellter), tax consultant (Steuerfachwirt), or certified accountant (Bilanzbuchhalter), ideally with several years of relevant experience
• Strong working knowledge of DATEV and standard MS Office applications
• Forward-thinking mindset with a preference for digital, modern working methods
• Solution-oriented, reliable, and independent work style
• Excellent teamwork skills and collaborative approach
• Very good German language skills, written and spoken
• Optional: good English language abilities
