Our client operates in a fully digital environment and is currently implementing next-generation cloud-based payroll solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for a payroll professional who wants to move beyond routine processing and contribute to process optimization and client advisory work.
As part of our talent team at Get A Job.ai, we are seeking a Payroll Specialist (m/w/d) to join this modern, paperless organization where digital tools and automation are central to daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and process payroll and salary calculations independently for multiple clients
- Serve as the primary contact for clients on payroll tax and social security matters
- Contribute to the development and automation of digital payroll processes
- Optionally support adjacent accounting tasks as needed
- Work within cloud-based payroll systems and fully digital workflows
What We're Looking For
- Completed vocational training as a tax specialist (Steuerfachangestellte*r) or comparable qualification
- Prior experience in payroll accounting is highly desirable
- Proficiency with DATEV software and MS Office applications
- Enthusiasm for digital, paperless work environments
- Self-directed and reliable working style
- Strong team orientation and communication skills
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
