Verantwortlichkeiten
- Eigenständige Betreuung und Beratung von Mandanten in steuerlichen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Angelegenheiten
- Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen und Steuererklärungen für Unternehmen und Privatpersonen
- Prüfung von Steuerbescheiden und Einlegen von Rechtsbehelfen
- Entwicklung steueroptimierter Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten für Mandanten
- Begleitung von Betriebsprüfungen und Kommunikation mit Finanzbehörden
- Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung interner Prozesse und Digitalisierung
Was wir suchen
- Abgeschlossenes Steuerberaterexamen und Bestellung als Steuerberater (m/w/d)
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer Steuerberatungskanzlei
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Steuerrecht und betriebswirtschaftlichen Themen
- Sicherer Umgang mit DATEV und MS Office
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Mandantenbetreuung
- Affinität zur Digitalisierung und modernen Arbeitsprozessen
