About This Role

We are representing a confidential technology client in Munich seeking a Working Student for Marketing (m/f/d). In this hands-on role, you won't sit at the end of the chain—you'll be right in the middle of the action, transforming ideas into finished assets, keeping marketing channels active, and ensuring smooth operations from first draft to go-live.

Responsibilities

Content & Social Media

• Maintain the editorial calendar and prepare social media posts for professional platforms
• Write and edit short-form content including post captions and newsletter components
• Support website content updates and editorial tasks

Design & Asset Production

• Create marketing assets using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite—social graphics, presentation slides, and one-pager layouts
• Maintain and expand template libraries to ensure brand consistency
• Prepare visual materials to support product marketing and sales teams

Marketing Operations & Events

• Support organization of events, trade shows, and team formats
• Conduct research on competitors, topics, and contacts
• Help maintain marketing processes and data management

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled student (ideally in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field) for the entire duration of employment
• Initial experience with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite with a good eye for design
• Excellent German language skills (C1+) and good English proficiency; confident in writing
• Structured, independent working style and enthusiasm for hands-on operational work

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with social media editorial work or initial campaign experience
• Interest in B2B software/technical topics and openness to AI-supported workflows
