Product Designer

We're seeking a Product Designer who will craft elegant solutions for businesses, their employees, and the brokers who serve them. You'll own the complete design process—from UX strategy through visual design and brand expression—creating experiences that help people navigate complex benefits with confidence and clarity.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire product development lifecycle from concept through launch, participating in every stage of the process
• Collaborate across engineering, growth, product, sales, operations, and leadership to deliver cohesive user experiences
• Build and maintain a scalable design system and brand assets used throughout the organization
• Create design documentation and guidelines for internal teams
• Continuously refine design standards, tooling, and processes as the company scales

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 4+ years of product design experience
• Deep commitment to understanding user needs and improving their lives through design
• Strong foundation in design principles with demonstrated first-principles thinking
• Track record solving complex problems in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
• Ability to balance creative exploration with execution velocity

Bonus Experience:

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience scaling design at high-growth technology companies
• Background or interest in finance, healthcare, or employee benefits
