Associate Product Manager (Remote)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fintech organization that is scaling innovative technology solutions across emerging markets. Our talent team is seeking an Associate Product Manager to join their remote team and drive measurable impact on user productivity metrics.

This is a fully remote position open to candidates anywhere in the world. You'll work in a remote-first environment optimized for asynchronous collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Translate product strategy and experiment priorities into well-scoped tickets, timelines, and delivered features under the guidance of senior product leadership
• Develop and maintain deep understanding of user productivity funnels, tracking movement between performance bands and identifying friction points
• Build and maintain instrumentation for key metrics; proactively identify anomalies in product performance data
• Gather ongoing feedback directly from end users and managers; observe where workflows fail and bring findings with a clear point of view to senior product management
• Own the alert and notification pipeline end-to-end, including template creation, regulatory approval submissions, staging tests, production deployment, and delivery quality assurance
• Manage rollout logistics for new features, including sequencing, access verification across regions, and troubleshooting activation issues
• Set up experiment infrastructure including cohort assignment, data feeds, template creation, and tracking configuration; ensure data quality throughout experiment windows
• Compile clean experiment data packages for analysis; manage operational handoffs when successful experiments move to production
• Coordinate with engineering teams on delivery sequencing, dependencies, and deployment schedules; maintain well-groomed backlogs with clear acceptance criteria
• Take ownership of business outcomes for your initiatives; diagnose issues and propose solutions when metrics don't move as expected
• Ensure automated reports are accurate and distributed reliably; maintain product analytics dashboards and coordinate data logistics

What We're Looking For

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience
• Analytical, data-driven critical thinker who can unpack problems clearly, develop and communicate hypotheses, and frame rigorous experiments
• Some exposure to commercial or customer-facing roles; passion for using technology to solve problems and openness to regular customer interaction
• Strong communication skills with team members and stakeholders; ability to adapt communication style to different audiences with strong written communication in technical contexts
• Collaborative can-do attitude with drive for success and continuous learning
• Business acumen with understanding of how businesses generate revenue; desire to see tangible business impact from your work
• Comfort engaging with senior executives at organizations of all sizes; confidence presenting to executive audiences early in your tenure
