About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential ecommerce organization in the natural wellness space. This is a fully remote Creative Strategist role available to candidates anywhere in the world. Our client operates multiple brands and maintains a vertically integrated supply chain, allowing for exceptional creative storytelling opportunities.

As a Creative Strategist, you'll own performance video creative from concept through execution, working in a high-velocity environment where your scripts directly impact revenue. This role offers creative freedom paired with clear accountability to performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Write direct-response UGC-style scripts optimized for conversion on Meta platforms
• Develop shot lists and creative briefs for performance video ads
• Analyze campaign performance data and apply learnings to optimize future creative output
• Collaborate with creator teams and video editors to ensure smooth execution from concept to final asset
• Test new creative angles and innovative approaches while maintaining performance standards
• Provide clear, actionable feedback to editors to bring your creative vision to life
• Meet weekly creative output targets in a fast-paced environment

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience writing performance video ad scripts specifically for Meta platforms
• Proven track record scaling direct-to-consumer brands with UGC-style creatives
• Portfolio demonstrating performance ads that have scaled ecommerce brands
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret Meta performance data and translate insights into creative decisions
• Deep understanding of rapid iteration, A/B testing methodologies, and data-informed creative development
• Experience collaborating with video editors and creative teams in a remote environment
• Comfort with high-velocity workflows and clear weekly deliverable expectations
