What This Role Involves

The GTM Finance Director will own our go-to-market P&L end-to-end as we scale from $100M+ ARR to $1B+ ARR. You'll build and lead a finance team that spans Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, using AI to reinvent how finance operates. This role requires financial rigor, the ability to challenge assumptions, and directness with data in uncomfortable conversations.

Responsibilities

• Owning the GTM P&L end-to-end, including revenue, gross margin, and opex across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Building models from a blank page and defending them with senior executives.
• Using AI to drive financial operations and reinvent finance processes.
• Leading the team that supports our go-to-market strategy financially.

Skills & Qualifications

• Financial rigor over title-matching, with a focus on building and defending models.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI in finance operations as genuine practice, not just familiarity with tools.
• Ownership from day one, including leading the team rather than executing analysis handed down.
• Directness with data, challenging top-down assumptions with account-level evidence.
