About the Role
The Director of Operations will be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of operations at our medical device manufacturing plant in Woodlands. Key responsibilities include ensuring efficient profit and loss (P&L) management, meeting production schedules within budgeted costs, and maintaining high product quality standards.
- Direct, manage, and optimize overall site operations and financial performance of the business unit
- Evaluate current processes to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and customers
Responsibilities

Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior operational role within medical device manufacturing or related industries
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive process improvements
- Strong financial acumen and budget management skills
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements for medical devices
- Experienced in managing production schedules, quality control, and supply chain operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proven track record of achieving operational excellence and cost reduction initiatives
