Role Overview
This role is for a senior investment operations professional to join the operations team of a leading alternative investment manager. The position will oversee the operational lifecycle across a broad range of credit investment products and serve as a key point of coordination between investment teams and outsourced service providers.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the operational lifecycle for diverse credit investment products
- Coordinate with portfolio management, finance, legal, compliance, investor relations, technology, and fund accounting to support strategic growth initiatives
- Strengthen the firm's operational infrastructure and ensure a strong control environment across the investment platform
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in senior-level investment operations roles within alternative investments or similar environments
- Strong leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams and drive operational excellence
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate with various departments including portfolio management, finance, legal, compliance, investor relations, technology, and fund accounting
- Experience in credit investment operations preferred but not required
- Aptitude for strategic planning and execution of operational processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
