Role Overview

The Global HR Operations & Services Director role at Frazer Jones is a pivotal position for a PE-backed global scale-up based in Singapore (nationwide) (nationwide). This full-time, on-site opportunity will see you partnering closely with the C-suite and acting as a deputy to the Group CHRO. Your role will be crucial in supporting the organization's continued growth by scaling HR operations and services.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Drive operational excellence across all HR functions, including talent management, performance, and development
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulatory requirements
• Partner closely with the C-suite to provide strategic HR insights and support
• Lead cross-functional teams in achieving organizational objectives
• Manage and mentor a team of HR professionals to ensure high performance and engagement

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as an HR Operations Director or similar role within a global organization
• A strong track record in scaling HR operations and services for growth-oriented companies
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior leadership
• Experienced in managing cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English; proficiency in another language is a plus
• A minimum of 10 years' experience in HR operations with at least 5 years in a leadership role
