About This Position

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead corporate communications for a dynamic and expanding biopharmaceutical company. As the Director of Corporate Communications, you will be responsible for overseeing all internal and external communication strategies that support the company's mission and values. The position is full-time and requires a hybrid work model with on-site presence on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

• Own corporate communications strategy
• Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans
• Manage media relations, crisis communication, and public affairs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in corporate communications

Your Responsibilities

The Director of Corporate Communications will be responsible for:

• Developing and executing strategic communication plans that align with the company’s goals and objectives
• Managing media relations, including press releases, media inquiries, and crisis communications
• Overseeing internal communications to ensure clear and consistent messaging across all levels of the organization
• Creating and maintaining a positive public image for the company through various communication channels
• Collaborating with external stakeholders such as investors, analysts, and regulatory bodies
• Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to corporate communications

What You Bring

Candidates should possess:

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate communications or a related field
• Demonstrated success in managing complex communication campaigns and crisis situations
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with media, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with digital and social media platforms
• A track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment
