The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Account Director to join our social-first agency, DMCG Global, based in Singapore (nationwide) (nationwide). As a senior client leader, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders, and ensuring the delivery of outstanding work. This role involves leading regional or global business initiatives, working across always-on social campaigns and integrated marketing strategies.

What You'll Do

• Owning and delivering on key client objectives and projects
• Building and maintaining trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
• Leading cross-functional teams to execute successful campaigns
• Identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing client relationships
• Strategizing and implementing integrated marketing solutions for clients

Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A minimum of 8 years of experience as an Account Director or similar senior client leadership position
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and integrated marketing strategies
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• A track record of delivering high-quality work on time
• Experience in the advertising or marketing industry is preferred
