About the Role

Working in the Private and/or Public Law teams involves supporting vulnerable children and families through complex legal proceedings.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluating the needs of children involved in family court cases to ensure their best interests are prioritized.
• Preparing reports for judges, providing evidence-based recommendations on the welfare of children.
• Working closely with social workers, legal representatives, and other professionals to advocate for the well-being of children.
• Providing support and guidance to families during challenging times.

What We're Looking For

• A degree in Social Work or a related field.
• Qualification as a Registered Social Worker (RSW).
• Experience working with children and families, particularly in legal proceedings.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
