What This Role Involves

The VP, Account Director will lead and manage a team of account directors in the Learning & Development department for a leading pharma agency. Key responsibilities include strategic planning, client relationship management, project oversight, and driving business growth.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Oversee account teams to ensure successful delivery of projects and programs that align with client objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals for potential clients.
• Provide strategic guidance on learning solutions, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements and enhance patient outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services in a timely manner.

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking an experienced executive with a proven track record of leading successful account director teams. Key qualifications include:

• A minimum of 10 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in learning and development.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large, complex projects and build strong client relationships.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of developing and mentoring account directors.
• Exposure to regulatory environments and an understanding of compliance issues in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
