Role Overview
Avalere Health seeks a dynamic and experienced Account Supervisor to join our growing Digital team in New York, New York. This role will be pivotal in driving strategic initiatives for our pharma clients while fostering strong client relationships. The successful candidate will leverage their deep understanding of digital marketing strategies to deliver impactful campaigns that align with our mission to ensure every patient receives the care they need.
What You'll Do
- Leverage a deep understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices to develop and execute comprehensive client strategies.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including medical and marketing professionals, to ensure seamless integration of campaigns across various platforms.
- Manage and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results and maximize client ROI.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and trust.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the pharma industry.
- A proven track record of delivering successful campaigns that meet or exceed client expectations.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills to guide junior team members effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and internal teams.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media management tools.
