What This Role Involves

As a Retail Front End Supervisor at Burlington, you will be an integral part of the store leadership team. Your role involves overseeing the customer service and selling floor operations to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers. You will manage staff schedules, train new employees, and maintain high standards of product presentation and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor store associates to enhance their performance and develop their skills
• Ensure the store is well-stocked and merchandised according to company guidelines
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent service and resolving issues promptly
• Develop and implement training programs for staff to improve sales techniques and customer service
• Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or shortages to management
• Evaluate store performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role
• A strong understanding of customer service principles and sales techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage staff and interact with customers
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (company vehicle may be provided)
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
