Position Summary
Under the direction of the Director or designee, the Lab Supervisor provides leadership and technical expertise to ensure that testing is completed in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with regulatory guidelines and organizational policies and procedures. This role coordinates workflow, manages staff scheduling and payroll functions, and performs training and quality activities.
