About the Role

As a Retail Merchandise Department Supervisor, you'll manage a department that's central to our store's success. You'll balance hands-on leadership with strategic oversight—setting visual direction, monitoring inventory health, and creating an environment where both team members and customers thrive.

What You'll Do

• Supervise team members and foster a collaborative, high-performing retail environment
• Develop and execute visual merchandising strategies that attract customers and drive engagement
• Manage inventory accuracy, stock rotation, and price integrity to prevent loss and ensure availability
• Monitor departmental sales metrics and implement strategies to meet or exceed performance goals
• Train team members on product knowledge, customer service standards, and store procedures
• Uphold store policies, maintain safety compliance, and support loss prevention initiatives
• Coordinate with store management and other departments to align on priorities and initiatives
• Manage opening and closing procedures and oversee daily operational tasks
