About the Role

As a Merchandise Coordinator, you'll play a key role in executing our merchandising vision across store locations. Working from our Austell distribution center or retail operations, you'll coordinate product placement, manage inventory flow, and ensure our retail spaces reflect brand standards. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will directly impact how customers discover and engage with our curated selection of quality merchandise at exceptional values.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate merchandise displays and visual merchandising initiatives to align with TJX brand guidelines
• Manage inventory organization, tracking, and coordination between distribution and retail locations
• Analyze sales data and customer traffic patterns to optimize product placement decisions
• Collaborate with store teams to implement merchandising strategies and ensure product availability
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to maintain optimal inventory
• Maintain accurate records and reports on merchandise movement and positioning
• Support seasonal promotions and special merchandising projects across multiple locations
