About the Role

What You'll Do
- Plan and execute federal and DoD program activities from initiation through closure
- Oversee program budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to meet client deliverables
- Design and implement mentorship frameworks for junior program management talent
- Ensure full compliance with federal acquisition regulations, DoD policy, and contractual obligations
- Lead cross-functional teams and facilitate stakeholder communication at all levels
- Monitor program performance, track key metrics, and report status to leadership
- Support small business development, capability building, and growth initiatives
What We're Looking For
- DAWIA Level III Program Manager certification required (or active eligibility)
- Active Secret clearance or eligibility for higher-level clearance (TS/SCI preferred)
- Significant DoD or federal program management experience
- Demonstrated leadership of teams and complex, multi-phase projects
- Deep knowledge of federal acquisition regulations (FAR) and DoD requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, engineering, or related discipline
