Personal Banker

KeyBank is hiring a Personal Banker to serve clients at our Mayfield Heights branch, located at 1400 Som Center Road in Cuyahoga County, Ohio. This full-time role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on clients' financial well-being through personalized service and trusted guidance.

Working both in person and through proactive client outreach, you'll develop deep understanding of each client's unique financial goals and guide them toward products and services that support long-term financial success.

What You'll Do

• Meet with clients to understand their financial needs, goals, and circumstances
• Recommend appropriate deposit, lending, and investment products tailored to client situations
• Conduct outbound phone calls to expand client relationships and introduce new products and services
• Educate clients on the full range of KeyBank offerings that support their financial wellness
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account details
• Contribute to branch success through teamwork and community engagement
