About the Role

As a Business Service Officer with KeyBank, you'll be the primary point of contact for business banking clients, ensuring their accounts run smoothly and their banking needs are met with professionalism and expertise. What You'll Do

• Manage business client accounts, processing transactions, deposits, and account-related requests accurately and efficiently
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource for business customers, answering questions and resolving banking matters
• Support business banking officers and relationship managers by handling documentation, account setup, and ongoing service needs
• Maintain compliance with banking regulations and internal policies while managing client information securely
• Build lasting relationships through responsive service and proactive communication with business clients
• Process applications, verify information, and prepare documentation for business banking services and credit products
• Identify client needs and coordinate with other departments to deliver comprehensive banking solutions

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college or banking-related coursework is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain banking products clearly
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions and documentation
• Customer service mindset with commitment to delivering professional, responsive support
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Willingness to work on-site two days per week if located near our Brooklyn office
• Familiarity with banking systems or related financial operations experience is valuable
