About the Role

As a Part Time Merchandise Associate at The TJX Companies, you'll support daily store operations and help maintain the high-quality retail environment our customers expect. Working flexible hours in one of our Prescott Valley stores, you'll be part of a collaborative team dedicated to excellent service and visual presentation.

What You'll Do

• Organize, display, and merchandise products throughout the store to create an appealing shopping environment
• Receive, sort, and stock incoming merchandise according to company standards
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe store areas and stockrooms
• Assist customers with product information and shopping inquiries
• Process transactions at the register and handle cash responsibly
• Support inventory management and cycle count activities
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and visual merchandising guidelines
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve daily store goals

What We're Looking For

• Retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical capability to lift, carry, and stand for extended periods
• Reliability and a flexible, positive attitude
• Basic math skills and comfort with point-of-sale systems
• Availability to work part-time hours that may include weekends
