About the Role
TSMG is hiring experienced Robotics Operations Technicians to support a variety of robotics programs across our Atlanta operations. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day oversight and maintenance of robotic equipment, collaborating with engineering teams to deliver reliable, efficient systems that meet project specifications and safety requirements.
What You'll Do
- Operate and actively monitor robotic systems during testing phases and production deployments
- Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting on robotic equipment
- Document system performance and operational data with accuracy and attention to detail
- Follow established safety protocols and quality assurance procedures at all times
- Collaborate with robotics engineers and project teams to identify and resolve operational issues
- Support the setup, configuration, and integration of robotic systems for new programs
- Assist with testing activities and validate that systems meet project requirements
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience operating robotic systems or similar automated equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
