Target is hiring a Service & Engagement Team Leader for our Franklin D Roosevelt location in Manhattan. This is a part-time leadership role designed for someone ready to guide a team and drive exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment.

About the Role

As a Service & Engagement Team Leader at our Manhattan store, you'll lead and inspire a team of Guest Service Associates and Fulfillment specialists. Your focus will be on creating a welcoming, inclusive environment where both team members and guests feel valued. You'll oversee daily operations, maintain service standards, and drive guest satisfaction in one of our most vibrant urban markets.

What You'll Do

• Supervise and develop a service team, providing training and mentorship opportunities
• Monitor team performance and deliver constructive feedback to support growth
• Deliver consistent, friendly, and efficient guest service across all interactions
• Manage scheduling, breaks, and workflow to meet operational demands
• Help maintain store standards for cleanliness, safety, and organization

What We Offer

Target invests in our team members. Starting pay for this part-time position ranges from $21.75 to $23.75 per hour, with the full pay range extending to $37.00 per hour based on experience, education, certifications, and local market conditions.
