What This Role Involves

The Maintenance Supervisor at Dominium Management Services, LLC is responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our properties. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of maintenance personnel to ensure efficient property upkeep.
• Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
• Develop and implement work orders for necessary repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Communicate effectively with residents, property managers, and contractors regarding maintenance needs and progress.

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in property management or maintenance supervision.
• Strong leadership skills to manage a team effectively.
• Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and maintenance procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience working in the Atlanta area is preferred but not required.
