Position Summary
The Sweeping & Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading roadway sweeping and maintenance operations, supervising field crews, coordinating traffic control, and ensuring all maintenance activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project requirements. This role combines hands-on equipment operation with team leadership to maintain the cleanliness and safety of our roadways.
Responsibilities
- Lead roadway sweeping and maintenance operations
- Supervise field crews to ensure tasks are completed on time and to quality standards
- Coordinate traffic control measures during maintenance activities
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with project requirements and safety regulations
- Perform equipment operation and maintenance as needed

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sweeping & Maintenance Supervisor or similar role
