About This Position

We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Brookdale Senior Living in Richland, Washington. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of facilities, ensuring all areas remain safe and functional. You will work closely with the management team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and orderliness across the property.

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance activities and ensure timely completion of tasks
• Inspect facilities for safety hazards and recommend corrective actions
• Manage a team of maintenance personnel, providing training and supervision as needed
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure quality work is performed

Requirements
