What You'll Do

• Perform preventive and routine maintenance on building systems, appliances, and common areas
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and address issues efficiently
• Inspect units and facilities to identify repair needs and safety concerns
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and work orders
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors as needed for specialized repairs
• Support move-in and move-out inspections and unit preparations
• Keep maintenance areas organized and stocked with necessary supplies and equipment
• Ensure compliance with property standards and applicable regulations

What We're Looking For

• Proven maintenance experience in multifamily or residential property management
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to respond to maintenance needs
• Valid driver's license
• Clear communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
• Willingness to learn new systems and safety protocols
• Physical ability to lift, climb, and perform hands-on maintenance work
