About the Role

This is a dynamic, hands-on position in our kitchen where you'll be an integral part of our food preparation operation. Working alongside our culinary team, you'll support service and help keep our kitchen running smoothly. The role requires energy, adaptability, and a willingness to learn on the job in a busy, collaborative restaurant setting.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and cut dough for pizzas and other menu items
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization to support food safety standards
• Stock and organize ingredients, supplies, and inventory as needed
• Support multiple areas of the kitchen during service, from prep to finishing
• Work on your feet for extended periods in a fast-paced environment
• Take on additional responsibilities and adapt to operational needs throughout your shift
• Contribute ideas and maintain a positive team atmosphere

What We're Looking For

• Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly during your shift
• Comfortable working on your feet throughout extended work periods
• Flexible availability and willingness to work varied hours
• Strong commitment to cleanliness and food safety practices
