Building Maintenance Technician

Dominium Management Services, LLC seeks a Building Maintenance Technician to join our team in Cedar Park, Williamson County. This is a full-time position dedicated to maintaining our affordable housing communities and ensuring residents live in safe, well-maintained homes.

About the Role

As a Building Maintenance Technician at Dominium Management Services, you will be responsible for the upkeep and repair of residential buildings in the Cedar Park area. Your work directly supports our mission to create quality, affordable housing by ensuring every property meets our high operational and safety standards.

What You'll Do

• Conduct routine inspections of building systems, structures, and grounds to identify maintenance needs
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Execute repairs to interior and exterior components including walls, flooring, doors, locks, and fixtures
• Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests with professionalism and attention to quality
• Document work performed and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
• Operate power tools and equipment safely while adhering to best practices
• Coordinate with specialized contractors for complex repairs beyond routine maintenance
• Ensure all work complies with applicable building codes and safety regulations

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One to two years of hands-on building maintenance or related technical experience
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building repairs
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose problems and complete repairs independently
• Strong work ethic with a focus on quality and attention to detail
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for the Cedar Park, Williamson County area
• Willingness to pass a background check
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
