About the Role
As a Residential Maintenance Technician with Dominium Management Services, LLC, you'll be the go-to professional who keeps apartment homes running smoothly. From responding to service requests to performing preventive upkeep, your work directly supports residents and protects the quality of the properties we manage throughout the US.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete resident maintenance requests promptly, including repairs to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance systems.
- Carry out routine and preventive maintenance to keep units and common areas in excellent condition.
- Prepare vacant apartments for new residents through cleaning, painting, and necessary repairs.
- Inspect property grounds and facilities, identifying and resolving issues before they escalate.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and supplies used.
- Deliver friendly, professional service that strengthens resident trust and community pride.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in residential or property maintenance, or a related skilled trade.
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repair tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize urgent issues.
- A reliable, customer-focused approach to working with residents and teammates.
- Authorization to work in the US for this full-time, on-site position.
