About This Position

Dominium Management Services, LLC is seeking a dependable Residential Maintenance Technician to support our operations in Gregg, Travis County. You'll maintain residential properties within our affordable housing portfolio, ensuring residents live in safe, well-maintained homes. Working independently and collaboratively, you'll diagnose and resolve maintenance issues while upholding our commitment to quality service and resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on residential units, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance systems
• Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests, troubleshooting problems and implementing effective solutions
• Conduct preventive maintenance activities to minimize emergencies and extend the lifespan of building systems
• Maintain common areas including hallways, courtyards, landscaping, and shared facilities in safe and clean condition
• Document all maintenance work, materials, and time spent on detailed job reports
• Follow safety protocols and building codes while performing all maintenance activities

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Proven experience in residential maintenance or related field
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general repair
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
• Physical capability to lift, bend, climb, and work in varied environments
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond to urgent maintenance needs
