Position Summary

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be the backbone of day-to-day operations at Legends of Spring Lake Park, ensuring our residential community remains safe, functional, and welcoming. You'll respond to maintenance requests, perform repairs, and conduct preventive maintenance across the property. Your work is essential to keeping Legends of Spring Lake Park a quality, well-maintained home for residents and reinforces Dominium's commitment to excellence in affordable housing management.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to resident maintenance requests and service calls
• Perform routine repairs and troubleshooting on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building systems
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections to identify and address potential issues before they escalate
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, materials used, and hours spent on projects
• Support property upkeep, including grounds maintenance, cleaning common areas, and assisting with minor renovations
• Work collaboratively with the property management team to prioritize and complete maintenance projects efficiently
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and building codes during all maintenance activities

Skills & Qualifications

• Prior experience in maintenance, repair work, or a skilled trade
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
