The Opportunity

Avalere Health is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Associate Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Associate Project Manager at Avalere Health, you will play a crucial role in managing projects across various stages of development, ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion within scope and on schedule.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Advisory, Medical, and Marketing departments to align project goals with overall business objectives.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk assessments, and status reports for stakeholders.
• Facilitate regular meetings and communication among team members to ensure clear understanding of project requirements and progress.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or Trello.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
