About the Role
Avalere Health is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team in New York, New York. As a key member of our Advisory, Medical, and Marketing teams, you will play a pivotal role in managing complex projects across various pharmaceutical initiatives. This position offers a unique blend of flexibility and collaboration, allowing you to work from home or the office based on your preference and project needs.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables for cross-functional teams
- Ensure alignment with client objectives and stakeholder expectations
- Facilitate regular meetings and status updates to maintain transparency and accountability
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive project milestones
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from initiation to completion
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or PMP certification is a plus
