Position Summary
Citadel CPM is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join our team in Los Angeles. This role will be responsible for overseeing the design phase of construction projects, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire project design process from initiation to completion
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards
- Manage risk and mitigate potential issues throughout the project lifecycle
- Provide regular updates to clients on project progress and status
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on design phases

- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
