The Opportunity
We are a dynamic and innovative medical device startup developing a point-of-care portable blood coagulation testing device. We are seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager with strong business development acumen to join our team. This role will primarily focus on leading and managing engineering development projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Led multiple cross-functional teams in the planning, execution, and closure of engineering development projects
- Developed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Managed stakeholder expectations and communicated progress updates effectively
- Identified and mitigated risks throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborated closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, quality assurance, and marketing
Who We're Looking For
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Engineering Project Manager in a high-tech environment
