About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at PRISM RESPONSE LLC. As a Senior Estimator / Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving safety, growth, profitability, and future investment within our full-service environmental remediation, asbestos abatement, selective demolition, and structural demolition contractor.
What You'll Do
- Develop and manage project estimates to ensure accurate cost projections for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Oversee project management from initiation through completion, ensuring timely delivery of projects within budget and scope.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, and field operations to deliver successful project outcomes.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Senior Estimator / Project Manager in the environmental remediation, asbestos abatement, selective demolition, or structural demolition industries.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
- Strong understanding of construction and project management principles, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in estimating software tools and project management methodologies.
