Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Avispa Technology in Pleasanton, California. This is a full-time position with no remote work options required.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning and execution of real estate projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including legal, finance, and HR departments
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and risk management strategies

Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate project management

- Experience working in a hybrid work environment is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field; MBA is a plus
