About This Position

This role involves overseeing restoration and reconstruction projects for both residential and commercial properties. The Project Manager will work closely with the General Manager or Reconstruction Business Leader to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure smooth project execution
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
• Conduct site inspections and make necessary adjustments to the project plan as needed
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in restoration or construction management
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Familiarity with project management software and tools
• Certification from a recognized industry organization (optional but preferred)
• Affinity for working in a fast-paced environment
