Position Summary

The Integration Project Manager will be a subject matter expert in HL7, 837, and CCDA interfaces. This role involves managing the delivery of interface projects aimed at obtaining Claims, Scheduling, and Clinical data from various vendors to enable partner practices to use key functionality in Aledade’s population health platform. The Project Manager will engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of interfaces from planning and discovery, connectivity, data delivery, and bringing respective interfaces live.

Core Duties

• Manage the delivery of interface projects focusing on Claims, Scheduling, and Clinical data.
• Ensure timely execution of interfaces from planning and discovery to bringing them live.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders for successful project completion.
• Expertise in HL7, 837, and CCDA interfaces is required.

Requirements

• Subject matter expertise in HL7, 837, and CCDA interfaces.
• Experience managing interface projects from planning to implementation.
• Ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
• Full-time, remote position available.
