Role Overview

The Project Manager role at BAE Systems is a full-time position based in Flinders Park. Your Responsibilities

• Oversee the integration projects from initiation through to closure, ensuring successful delivery within budget and on time.
• Develop project plans, manage timelines, and coordinate resources effectively.
• Ensure all stakeholders are informed of progress and any issues that arise.
• Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications

• A proven track record in project management, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in integration projects.
• A relevant degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
• PMP certification or equivalent qualification is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for this role.
