About the Role
Join Blew & Associates as a SUE Project Manager and be part of our growing Construction Services team. In this role, you will lead Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) projects from planning through detailed investigations, ensuring high-quality utility data that supports design and construction projects nationwide. You’ll have the opportunity to take on increasing leadership responsibility as the team expands.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead SUE projects from planning to completion, ensuring all phases meet industry standards and client expectations.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for project success.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to utility engineering.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans and reports.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) with at least 3 years in a management role.
- PMP certification strongly preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, including the ability to mentor junior team members.
- Familiarity with utility engineering software and project management tools.
