Key Responsibilities

• Manage concrete projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize delays and cost overruns.

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a Concrete Project Manager 1 who has at least 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on concrete projects. A bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field is preferred but not required. Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are essential. Experience with project management software and strong communication skills are also necessary.
