Role Overview

Avalere Health is seeking a talented Associate Creative Director, Copy to join our team. This role will be based in New York, with the flexibility of remote work. As part of our Advisory, Medical, and Marketing teams, you'll play a crucial role in creating impactful copy that drives patient engagement and supports our mission to ensure every patient is identified, treated, supported, and cared for equally.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and execute compelling copy strategies that align with our brand voice and messaging goals.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, medical writers, and marketing strategists to ensure cohesive creative output.
• Lead the development of high-quality content across various channels, including digital platforms, print materials, and presentations.
• Ensure all copy adheres to regulatory guidelines and best practices in healthcare communication.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive work environment that values diverse perspectives and experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Associate Creative Director or similar role within the healthcare industry.
• Demonstrated ability to lead creative projects from concept to execution, with a focus on copywriting for patient engagement and healthcare communications.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and best practices in content creation.
• Exceptional writing skills, including experience with medical jargon and patient-friendly language.
• A proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns that drive results.
• Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment is preferred.
