Your Responsibilities

- Lead account strategy sessions that identify opportunities for expanded clinical supply services, negotiating commercial terms and driving profitable growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain issues promptly, maintain inventory visibility, and guarantee on-time, accurate delivery to study sites.
- Produce regular account reviews and performance reports that highlight service metrics, risk areas, and recommended actions for both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Guide new product or study launches by translating client protocols into executable supply plans and monitoring execution through each clinical phase.
- Represent the Account Director, Clinical Supply Services function at client meetings, industry events, and internal planning forums to strengthen Catalent’s presence in California.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience managing pharmaceutical or clinical trial supply accounts at director level, with proven revenue and retention results.
- Strong grasp of clinical supply chain principles, including packaging, labeling, distribution logistics, and regulatory considerations applicable to U.S. studies.
- Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills suited to senior-level customer interactions.
- Ability to lead virtual and on-site teams while operating independently across California.
- Analytical capability to interpret demand data, generate accurate forecasts, and recommend tactical adjustments.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; prior account leadership in life-science supply services is highly valued.
